Many special programs and services supplement its regular school schedule. Students are encouraged to pursue their interests in a variety of extra curricular activities. These include: Computer Club, Geography Club, Just Say No to Drugs Club, Math Olympiads, Literacy Club. Gym Club and Peer Mediation. Students also have an opportunity to participate in chorus, band and orchestra. Every year students participate in activities which have won them school and individual recognition at the Brookhaven Science Fair, NYSSMA and SCMEA Festivals and at the Suffolk Reading Council.
