Currently we have 29 classes and numerous special area teachers. Twelve of the twenty-nine classes are Dual Language classes. In the Dual Language program students are taught in both English and Spanish. The principal at Lido Elementary School is Mrs. Brenda Young.

Lido Elementary School is one of four elementary schools in the city of Long Beach serving pupils from Kindergarten through fifth grade. The building was originally constructed in 1953-54 and several additions and modifications have been made to enhance the appearance and function of the school. Lido is a one-level structure and is handicapped accessible. At this time there are approximately 605 students enrolled in Lido.
