If yopu are a teacher or you connections in the teacher's union, our child is a cinch to get in, gifted or not. If not, be active in the PTA and support huge raises for teachers that will burden the community. Even if your kid is a dope, he or she will get scholarships, and you can basically call the shots. It is all about corruption and the teachers getting raises.
