 Does anyone know the weather temp. that the schools are allowed to send the children outside?? What is the law? At a certain degree shouldn't they stay inside?? My child has bronchial asthma and gets sick as soon as they let them out into the cold.  I have written them on this, but to no avail. Can anyone tell me??

 Schools are stupid.  They won't realize this until someone's near-deathly-ill.  Hate to break it to ya.
