My daughter is a fourth grade student. She came home with scratches on her forearms covered with bandaids which were given to her by the school nurse. I was not called and informed about the attack on my daughter by a girl who was unprovoked in a bathroom. When I presented this to the assistant principal, I was told that they could not suspend this individual because it was her word against my daughter's. I am really not sure where I can go with this.
