Dear Sir/Madam:
It is with great interest that I am exploring employment opportunities
as a Special Education teacher within your school district. I am
confident that my experience and skills will be an asset to your
students learning and development.
Education is vital in establishing a strong foundation, on which
understanding is based. My aim is to guide students in developing the
skills, and the knowledge necessary in becoming mature,contributing
members of our community.
As a teacher I hope to motivate students to do their best and extend their personal limits. By expanding upon previous knowledge, and exploring new uncharted territory,students increase their career goals, and future personal
success greatly. In my classroom students will exhibit a level of performance
that challenges them to reach their full potential. By the end of the school year
students realize they can achieve any goal set before them. This is a valuable lesson they can apply to their lives beyond the classroom.
I vary my instructional methodologies to incorporate diverse activities and
material to engage students and interest students. I easily establish and maintain an excellent rapport with students and co-workers alike. As a result
there is a strong level of trust, that develops,which allows me to provide direction in working towards realizing shared goals and objectives. When
faced with challenges, I succeed in utilizing a variety of strategies to motivate
and encourage student and teacher interaction.
