Sorry I didn't visit the site soon enough. Did you find out what you needed? It is a great school, but you go through the guidance counselors at your own school for admission.

We're not zoned for that school, according to the Superintendent's Office. I think my DS would like it there, if he got accepted.

Actually, it's not a question of being zoned for it. Any district can participate, we even have students from Suffolk County. It's a question of whether your district will pay for it.

Long Island High School for the Arts - 
They are located in Syosset. My son is entering into the 9th grade and we are looking into that school. Just wanted to get some feedback. Thanks.
