Cell Phones in skoo - 4/1/2007 12:25:45 PM

Does anyone know anythin' about cellphones in East Broadway elementary skoo in Seaford? I be uh parent o' uh child in uh skoo where cell phones iz not allowed. I th'o't dat da key iz havin' uh discipline policy dat centers on da disruption o' uh ringing phone in da classroom an' not on whether or not uh student has one. I th'o't dat most schools, mine included, gots problems wiff mo' than just cell phones an' dere iz uh problem wiff how discipline iz enforced (I can't tell dis here year yet cuz we's now gots uh dean an'...). I, however, make sure muh ma fuckin daughter takes uh fully charged cell phone ta skoo. Someone said. why not gots working pay phone. But dat misses da point entirely. I do not care one whit if muh ma fuckin daughter'scell in locked in uh locker da whole day at skoo (they do not gots lockers, but if dey did I would not care). I trust dat if dere iz an emergency, I WILL be able ta contact da skoo an' git ta muh ma child. It iz da tyme ta skoo an' from it When da subway got fouled up at Bowling Green, she called me, I fetched her an' took her ta muh ma grad skoo class wiff me. If she wants ta jet ta uh nigga'scrib afta skoo, she can page me. The skoo system created uh system where kids iz able ta jet ta skoo in uh different part o' da city. That creates uh need fo' communication. So do da need o' parents ta hold down jobs. Also, I just met Susan Waidenbaum da principal o' East Broadway Elem. School an' she iz da nastiest biotch! I wuz shocked dat uh biotch would be so rude an' unprofessional.

Maybe you should consider going back to school being that you communication in the written form is disgraceful.  I would love to comment on what you wrote but it is a bunch of jumbled rambling with language that you should be ashamed of. What caught my eye was that you didn't even know the location of the school (seaford???) or the correct name of the current principal. How did you meet someone that doesn't even work in the school anylonger??  Mrs. Waidenbaum was a woman who commanded a high respect for her kind, professional and dedication.   So either you are a person with too much time on your hands, or a total moron.

My son also has a cellphone. I need to keep in touch with him (since he is a "special needs child). I can understand that cellphones are not allowed in schools, but I told him - if necessary, "text" me during a break or during lunch. He is the only child I have and yes I guess I am a overbearing parent. If you need to get a hold of your kid, just call the school!
